UK label Little Rocket Records, well known for their ability to attract some of the best punk rock in the world, have recently announced two massive tours and a new EP from two of their artists.
Firstly comes Custody, Finnish punks who’ve released dates for a European tour, which features three very rare UK dates. This tour gives the band a chance to promote their critically acclaimed self-titled debut album.
Custody are skilful and deft in their song compositions and hook building, which they then combine with ear-shredding guitar dynamics similar to PopKid Records’ alumni Starmarket. The vocals are pitch perfect and while they share the same power and earnestness of a band like Iron Chic, the remarkable way they stay melodic and don’t resort to shouting while conveying this intensity is something unique to Custody. Being no strangers to the circuit, Custody is made up of members of other bands including NHL 95, Cigarette Crossfire, Cause A Riot, Bazed and Buried At Last.
Tour dates are as below:
3rd Wharf Chambers, Leeds, UK
4th The Peer Hat, Manchester, UK
