It has been a week of incredible live announcements. On top of Riot Fest’s first-wave announcement today, some of our favourite bands have also announced UK tours for later in 2018…
Fireball Fuelling The Fire Tour 2018
Since it began in 2015, the Fireball Tour has rapidly become a staple on any punk fan’s calendar: not only due to the bargain-basement £15 per ticket price, but down to the incredible line-up the tour delivers year on year. For us, 2018’s is arguably the best yet. Folk-punk heroes Flogging Molly would be a big enough treat by themselves, but with the added delight of Face To Face, you really can’t argue. Lost In Stereo complete the initial line-up, but there’s the promise of a ‘Very Special’ guest to be announced. The annual ‘Hottest Band Competition’ will also be returning this year, with the chance to play the whole of 2019’s tour up for grabs. Tickets go on sale on 1st June: for dates see above.
Arguably the best pop-punk line-up 2018 could possibly see, State Champs will be coming back to the UK in October in support of the release of new album Living Proof. Joining them will be genuine pop-punk gems in Seaway, fast-rising Aussie pop-punk upstarts Stand Atlantic and the exuberant Scots Woes. This promises to be one of the tours of the year; tickets also go on sale on 1st June.
Following triumphant sets at last weekend’s Slam Dunk Festivals, Knuckle Puck have also announced a rescheduled UK run, with the incredible Tiny Moving Parts and Movements in support. Again they’ll be coming to these shores in October. Tickets are on sale now.
